Usually kpn would be my dream since I travelled mostly in tnstc very slowly.when I moved to Chennai to study and work.i started booking kpn although higher fare but good service.
Then I came to see the real face of them, they are thinking they have no competition.
They never come on time always stating the traffic and they won’t adjust.
If you are boarding at tambaram, perungalathur you are in a mess.
If you book at 9 the bus will come at 10 in normal days and even morning 2 during festive times.
Inspire of coming late, they will shout yell and run nowhere and make you run even if you are elder, ladies in that rude traffic between buses.in the sense as if we were late.
They won’t open the luggage carrier sometimes asking us to take it inside.
If they are late sometimes they won’t enter bustand if you are getting down to trichy or madurai stating some fake police rules and traffic control. They will not inform you but will get full amount.
If you try to get down at stop before the main bustand it’s a utter disaster, they will make you get down on highway or before highway bridge.
When we ask they will be rude and show faces.
Better book ybm, Parveen, srm, apple.they are good.even setc they are way better and polite.
