I had a journey recently with KPN from Bangalore to Trivandrum on the 19th of October, 2015. Their buses always arrive 30-40 minutes late, this bus was going really slow.
I don’t care if there was a tyre problem, which was the reason as to why they were going so slowly. Issues like that should be checked before using that bus for a journey. THE ACTUAL REASON BEHIND THIS DELAY IS "BUS HAVE NO KERALA PERMIT" We was supposed to get in the bus by 7:40 pm and arrive at 9 am the next day, instead, I got in the bus at 8:25 pm and arrived here at 1 pm. 17 hours is what it took me.
The bus condition was pathetic too much worst than 2nd class AC RAILWAY COACH
Next, there were so many insects inside the bus. I killed 2 bugs and a cockroach, which just shows how unclean the bus was. This would be the last time I ever travel with a company that has its standards lowered. I recommend anyone travelling to avoid this good for nothing travel.
