I would like to share my travel experience in KPN travels.
My Journey was from Bangalore to Trichy on 03-11-2010 22:30 hrs Sleeper A/C Coach. Herewith attached ticket for your reference.
The below statements taken from your website https://kpntravels.in/ou/whykpn.aspx. I have highlighted few points which I couldn’t get during my trip.

That day I was traveling(Mumbai to Bangalore by Flight and then Bangalore to Trichy by bus) with my family My wife, Child(1 ¾ years) and me. We are also having 3 luggage bags which is small in size .We have asked the driver to keep the back in the luggage compartment behind the bus but the driver forcefully refused to accept the same. He told us to keep the luggage with us in the seat itself. I am frequent traveler in Flight, BUS, Train in all over India . Most of the buses are keeping the luggage inside the luggage compartment which is located behind the bus. Keeping 3 luggage medium size inside the bus along with passengers will be very difficult especially there is no provision to store the same inside the bus in sleeper coach. Please reply to my following queries.
1. Why you are not keeping the luggage in the compartment which is meant for luggage? This is also happened to other fellow passengers who is also disappointed but left with no choice.
2. We couldn’t sleep whole night due to very limited space because we kept the luggage on the seat along with us. We cannot keep it in the corridor where other passengers are already keep their luggage. Result worst travel experience with KPN travels.
3. How you are going to compensate?
- What will happen in the case of emergency because coridoor is already blocked by the no. of luggages.
I recommend you guys please be avoid such bus services .I am following up with them for the feed back for my mail which sent to them 16th Nov 2010. No response and no action from KPN Travels.There only AIM is to make the money no matter how they do it.
