We had booked tickets online , From Velankane to Bangalore . Pick up time was correct , But the behavior of tickets checker was really bad. Worst experience , The man who is inside the office and coming out when ever bus comes to just check the ticket. I dont think that is a task full job, the man needs ticket, Thats all rather top of that the way of talking to him is like all the passengers are traveling on his head, by showing all his frustration- which is on his wife spitting it out like a lava mountain felt like giving to his face. I have no idea what XXX words should be used on him. Asking us to bring print out copy of ticket which we are showing already on mobile, That ticket collector needs only need paper work . Such a worst behaviorial issue that I never faced with a normal private or B grade traveller, I have seen so many bad reviews on the wall, Why is the KPN travel is still raising strict tickets on these cowards, you have to take call on these people to make your organization more worthy. Rather that you KPN travellers just be idle and see all our review and close the company - That will be your people last decision to. Have no 5Star for worstest rating.
