I had a very recent bad experience with the kraftly.com
I have ordered two sarees on two different colors. But they delivered two same color sarees to me.
The customer service support is not at all available. They have mentioned one mail id and contact number on their website. But if we contact them there won’t be any response from their side. I even mailed my complaint but they didn’t send any kind of reply.
While speaking about the product quality, the product which I saw in their website was really awesome and it was attractive but the product delivered to me looks similar to it but the quality was not at all good and I am completely disappointed.
Once we ordered our product they will keep on sending messages and mails but the product delivery date will be completely late. But they will be keep on mailing us about the tracking id also. Tracking will be easy and we can contact the courier office also. But there will be a little delay with them while delivering the products.
The website available for kraftly.com and the products shown in them will be good but it wont be good as much to the expected level. Online shopping app is also available but it was not that much good.
The returning policy is really a tough work and it will take lot of time for that work we need lot of patience.
Prices are also little high even after the discount prices because the quality of the products were cheap.
This site is not at all reliable, we should not trust this website!
So please don’t order any product in this website!
