I have ordered almost all the Online Shopping sites, but the worst one is Kraftly. Last week I have ordered one Sandal, and I was waiting for its delivery. 2 Days before I have checked the status of my order and I could saw that its yet to be Approved and Dispatched. I was wondering about it and again I have checked yesterday. I could see that the order is canceled. No intimation, No reason given, No respond from chat, No customer car response. I kept on tried to reach Customer care executive. I couldn’t even connect even after I waited for 15 mins in the call.
Worst experience.
