Kraftly is the worst site ever seen.
It is not made for the linking between buyer and seller.

Customer Service : - they provide the worst customer service to there customer.
Taste : - they do not have any knowledge abouth the taste of there customer.
Delivery Timeliness: - Drlivery Timeliness is very high as compared to others.
App and website : - they have improve to improve alot to make there app and website to improve and to attract more customer to buy there products.
Reliability : - I must say that , the reliability is not so good.
