I am a seller in Kraftly.
I am getting the WORST support service from the people replying to us at Support@kraftly.com.
I am facing revenue loss in business bcoz of no good process maintanied with Kraftly and unsensible responses from the support people replying to our emails.
One customer has cancelled a order and returned the product due to size mismatch. Kraftly dont charge anything from customer, but as a SELLER I had to aishwaryasingh23 my money Rs.350 as penalty for a cancellation. DO you have any sense to make a seller aishwaryasingh23 Rs.350 for a cancelled order?
Nowadays courier companies are CHEATING bigtime both customers and sellers in the name of "Volumetric weight, These agents like KRAFTLY has no process to validate or question back the courier companies, and they just force sellers like me to aishwaryasingh23 whatever amount courier companies ask. These unprocessed companies like KRAFTLY also becomes a partner with such courier money laundering scams.
I send the same product in various sITES_Company and courier like Bluedart, Fedex, Ecom, Processional, Delhivery. No other courier vendor except DELHIVERY is mentioned it as overweight and sending false claims.
KRAFTLY not a processed or professional company. Just a broker agent.
