I had ordered a bed from KraftnDecor(Nimesh Surana). The discussion till the bed was dispatched was good. The product was delivered with just 1 week delayed but the MDF of the storage unit is damaged(BIG crack). The photograph was immediately sent with the ask for replacement of one part of storage. The hinges were also not provided in the ply to help open the storage.
Now I cannot use the storage unit for the very purpose of storage. Entire money down the drain. After the complaint was registered the phone calls are not being responded and whatsapp messages also not responded to after a replacement was asked. Absolutely not recommended for anything. DO NOT buy from this vendor. I never write reviews but this has been such a disappointment that I just had to share with all so that they do not experience the same.
