If you are about to buy product from Kraft n Deco vendor via ebay or direct vendor wait read more reviews but dont make a mistake of buying(PLS DO NOT BUY)
I would kindly request you not to fall in the trap for lovely design
I am writing this review after I received their product which came damaged please read all details carefully
- The moment you order furniture from ebay, you will get mail to extend the delivery date . and the moment you accept that; you fall into their trap as there is a time limit to raise the claim either ebay has to change their policy for furniture items or there should be a customer service to resolve this issue.
The moment you extend the delivery date they have extra one month and in this period you furniture delivery is delayed you are not in a position to claim as per ebay policy you can claim the product within 30 days money back or even you will not be able to post comments. 1. In my case I got the delivery on the 3rd month the item was delivered damaged I called the owner and send all the pictures and Mr.NIMESH SURANA gave a assurance he will replace it. it has been 10 months now I am chasing him he is ignoring my calls my emails .
I order a dining table set with a sideboard . The table had a cracked and it was glued, the chair had a cracked and it was simply delivered, the sideboard had open up inside splited from the joints the product was so bad, with very poor finishing, cheap material and full of cracks I will not claim it if I don’t have a proof you can request me anytime the pictures of this product which I had sent it to the seller I am serious for what I talk. I am not a resident of India(NRI) so the seller when he knew this he took me for a ride.
- Now as you cannot claim this items from ebay you keeping following up with the vendor Mr. Nimesh Surana a big crook will say I am following it up your replacement item is under production and covered under insurance as soon as the production is ready will update you he is a sweet talker with honey word don’t fall in his trap.I even tried to call ebay but no response or no solution from them.
As I do not live here and my house is locked when I went down the wood expanded further and developed more cracks and the door would not open of the side board
- My request to all potential buyers, if you don’t want to attract any trouble, please be careful and play safe you ca visit your local carpenter or seller. Online product are always difficult to resolve esp when it come to furniture if damange product we have to spend more to return very strange laws of online buying.
Below are few more observations when I checked it with my local carpenter
The wood is not 100% Sheesham.
There are many crack which the vendor simply glue it and deliver it knowingly,
I had to pay for the delivery and the loaders which he promised to refund which is never done so far though the delivery for free they did not have a proper set up office or tie up with cargo or carpentry workshop, installation was done by me on my cost etc
Ebay is also unresponsive and after so much of follow up
Vendor will not pick your call after sale and you call from a different no he will give lame excuses to get rid of your call.
Overall a very bad experience not value for money on top waste of time and money to chase the fraud seller.
