It was a very bad experience with that restaurant. I had nearbuy vouchers of that restaurant. I planned family dinner at that restaurant. for appointment I also called the restaurant. but instead taking appointment they told me that come and we will arrange your dinner.
finally when I reached the restaurant along with my 9 other family members they told me that it is a 1 hour waiting period so we can not manage dinner for you. the manager of restaurant and receptionist was very ill behaving. they did not know how to manage the customers and how to provide the good services as well. good service and behavior is the prime requirement nowadays. I traveled 15 KM to take dinner in that hotel and they denied for it. I tried to convince the hotel staff all my way I also told them that according to the voucher T&C they should always take appointments and should provide dinner as per the appointment. but they told me that we do not take appointment. and at last they did not agree and we had to go back. I wish I could give 0 stars to that worst hospitality. I felt shamed because of them. we had to eat roadside.
if you were not able to give us the service so why you told me that come and we will arrange your dinner. it is very bad not to provide service to the customers came to your doorsteps. this kind of behavior will effect very bad on the image of that restaurant. and I will think 100 times before going to that restaurant again.
according to nearbuy T&C they had to provide me the service.they effected on my image as well. and because of not giving me the service after confirming it I can also take some kind of legal step on that particular restaurant. and I will also write all over what had happened to me.
don’t ever visit that restaurant. if they can not provide food for even 10 persons. they can’t do anything on that restaurant business.
