I had visited Udaipur last year with my family. We had a booking from MakeMyTrip(MMT) for Krishna Lila Regency Hotel. Over all, it was not a very good experience. I will put my review:
Food and Presentation: Food could be better. We did not find it much tasty no matter what we ordered for. We finally decided to visit a nearby restaurant and ate there once. The day we had to leave the hotel, we took was breakfast in their restaurant which was one floor down. We took our bus and vomitted all along the way. Obviously, that seemed like a stale stuff and finally MMT issued us a Rs. 500 voucher.
Presentation was nice.
Ambience: So so, you cannot say, too good or too bad. Overall, I almost liked it. They have stairs and lifts.
Customer Support: They were not quick to assist. Once we arrived, we were made to wait for 20 minutes. I am unsure why we had to wait for so long when we had advance booking and we were tired. The wait was there even after completing all formalities. They took us by lift. When we wanted to use lift again, they did not allow us and said that was not working. Strange! We stayed for 2 days and used stairs only.
Value for Money: While the room tarrifs are fine, looking at the services, you should try another hotel with better services.
Overall, I will rate them 2 stars on a scale of 1 to 5.
