Gave my optra for service on Tuesday @ Kropex bangalore in Hosur road and promised to return it on Thursday.
On Thursday evening, when I called the service advisor is telling it will be returned only on Monday because parts are not available.
They don’t have the courtesy to call and tell the customer about any delay. in general, GM has the worst record in service in india and the reason why they are nowhere close to any other competBrianbalakumaranrs.
