To start with, I never wanted to watch this movie. As per my past experience I would never like to watch an Indian movie with special effects. Why? Special effects do not gell well with the actual movie and they look very artificial. In the morning when all my friends were planning which movie to watch we planned for Da Vinci Code. When we were in the line by 3:00 PM ... we did not buy tickets for Da Vinci Code (as the show started at 3:30 and we were yet to catch something to eat), so we opted for a 4:00 PM show of Krrish.
Before even going for the movie we were all buzzed and thinking oohh .. ghosh how could we do this. Will this movie be just like other indian sci-fi’s with special affects mismatched. We were not sure of the what will happen in theater, atlest we were happy, if this movie isn’t good atleast we can sleep inside theatre.
The movie started and we were all glued to the screen. I think this movie was one of the best indian superhero movies ever made.
Hrithik looks cool, according to one of my friends "He looks like a greek god". OK.. no comments from me on this.. he looks good.:)
Priyanka Chopra looks okie, not very cool or delicious.
The plot of the movie is good, it actually explains why/how everything happened, rather than forcing facts on viewers.
I would suggest if you want to see something good with some crazy special-effects, watch this movie.
You must wath this movie with kids (if possible), because you can actually listen to them commenting when hrithik is doing the power-puff err... SuperHero stuff.
Hmm, if you are thinking to take your GF along, your choice, but get ready to listen from her about Hrithik all day long after the movie.
So in total a nice movie to watch, only caution, if you hate Cartoon Network and get bugged from it.. please do not go for this movie.
For me I loved this movie and I am waiting for "Krrish Returns" ..
