No, Never. They have the worst service I have every experienced. Even response of MP Roadways or Haryana Roadways is 100 times better. I went to Goa by KSRTC and was not very happy but while coming back we took Paulo Traveles so called volvo. And I realized that KSRTC volvo was much much better.
a) They dont even stop for females if they want to go to the rest room. (Its 14 hrs journey)
b) A.C ducts don’t shut down well.
c) They keep AC temperature to 23 and don’t even provide you a blankets.
d) Driver and conductor of the bust think they are Gods.
e) Bus is so old that its as good as delux bus .
f) While travelling from KSRTC we did not realize the road was bad it was such a smooth ride. Its only on was back in Paulo travels we realized it was a messed up road.
