WORST EXPERIENCE WITH KSRTC

1.Airavat volvo bus scheduled to depart to Chennai from Bengaluru at 11 20 am arrived late by 15 mts, at 11 35 am.


2.It was an emergency trip undertaken by 3 ladies after attending the funeral of our sister at bangalore


3.2 tickets were booked under one ID and the third ticket booked separately.


4.unfortunately, the single ticket holder had only the ID card of an insurance company and a visiting card, because it was a sudden trip.The booking was done by me and the message was also in my mobile phone.Desperate pleads only led to more shouting by the arrogant conductor.




  1. Rules may require that the ID card was not acceptable, but the CONDUCTOR HAD NO AUTHORITY TO SHOUT AND ABUSE AT US LADIES, he should have told us to contact the higher authorities. The way he behaved could be taken as HARASSMENT if the same is lodged as a complaint.




  2. When we tried to cancel the ticket online, it wasn’t possible because the journey had already commenced as per the timings displayed in the website.






7.Neither was the time keeper helpful and moved away from the scene.




  1. Because of this, I have incurred a 100% loss, thereby foregoing full cost of the ticket and also the trauma of undergoing shouts and abuses by an arrogant, rude and harsh conductor, who challenged us to complain wherever we wanted.




INSIDE THE BUS: THE A/C WAS SWITCHED ON HARDLY 1 HOUR BEFORE REACHING CHENNAI.


TOO MANY SUDDEN BREAKS MADE THE JOURNEY VERY TIRING.


NO ACCOUNTABILITY, SINCE NOBODY CAN QUESTION THEM IN A PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKING.


ON ALIGHTING, THE DRIVER ALSO CHALLENGED US TO COMPLAIN WHEREVER WE WANTED.


I bring this to light so that no one should suffer in this way in the future.
