You may think that KSRTC being government run bus service, it can be the best but the truth is it is one of the worst compare to a any othe private travels. we were coming from ooty, it was stopped in Mid of mudhumalai jungle by forest rangers. they didn’t had permission to cross the border/jungle after 9 PM.
Think of the situation were kids/ladies were stiing in the bus without food and washroom. Bus was standing in jungle for the whole night.we tried calling KSRTC people, even call center. None of the people came for help.
Bottom line is.. Please avoid it. if something happens these guys will not help at all.
