This is Deenadhayalan from Pune, I am writing to this review to make aware abt this transport to people who are planning to move from Pune by KSRTC.

They have the dealership of KSRTC Volvo services, they have few branch offices across Pune.
They are running buses to Bangalore, Mysore, etc.
3 months before, there was a long weekend, 2 govt holidays along with Saturday and Sunday(4 days),
I had a plan to go home on those holidays, unfortunately I did not plan my journey before, so one day before I started searching for a Bangalore ticket, after a long struggle, I got a ticket Maitreya Travels branch office located @ Jehangir hospital, Near Railway stn, Pune. But the boarding point is in Camp, that is their head office. I was very happy after getting the ticket.
Next day, I went there 1 hour early from my journey time and gave my ticket to them for reporting, thats all. those fellows were saying that, the ticket is not conformed.and this seat had been allotted to other female passenger.I was pissed off. seat no was clearly written on the ticket.but they were saying that, this is not conformed. I tried for 30 min.I could not do anything other than shouting as I have already given the ticket to them for reporting.however mentally I was prepared to leave the ticket since the adjacent seat was also allotted to a lady.
. they were ready to return my amount but not the ticket since it may create issue for them. My total plan had been ruined that time.
They told that, this issue is because of the agent who booked the ticket. I also believed until my friend also face the the same problem again .
He has booked the ticket to Bangalore two weeks before the journey on their head office itself.he has booked a ticket for this Christmas holidays(3 days). for him also they gave the same answer. "the person who booked the ticket has forgotten to reserve it in the system."
He was totally frustrated and he has also given the ticket to them while reporting, so he could not to do anything. finally got the money back and canceled the journey.
I came to a conclusion after this two incidents only, because these fellows are booking the ticket for name shake and selling the ticket for double amount on the last day. Many people are ready to give double amount during long weekends.but for their own profit why
unnecessarily putting innocent people in trouble, because they would have planned for other travel options, if there is no ticket.
Don’t know how many people has got suffered by these bloody cheats till date. . Some one should take action on them and have to cancel their dealership.
I hope, this review will help to avoid Maiteraya Travels for at least few people who tries to book the ticket.
