Last Friday booked a Multi Exl Club Class Volvo-AC from Pune to Bangalore. But at the time of onboarding they came up with an Ordinary A/c bus saying that Multi exl club class met with some accident..so you ppl have this golden surprise!
That was a irritating moment for all of us with no option left..and they din’t even bother to charge us according to the bus luxuriant.. all had been paid the same amount which was the highest according to Club Class...It was their responsibility to make arrangement for the same or compromise with the pay according to the level of luxury in the bus.
Whom to ask, what to do...no answers from any of relevant people from KSRTC..
