I had given my Honda Activa for service here at KTC honda, Kozhikode on 11-10-17. The main complaints were regarding the suspension and braking system.
They offered to solve the issues and enrolled the vehicle under the annual maintenance contract which also included other services like 3 free wash.
I received my vehicle back the very next day but was not fully satisfied as the brakes were still giving the same poor performance.
Now i’ve given the vehicle to another service centre for the same complaint.
