5 years, 65,000 kms, still NEVER SAY DIE....

I was the first one to take this machine out of the showroom in Gurgaon, and I would love to take out many more. Its more than 5 years of relationship with her and my bike has clogged around 65, 000 kms on the odometer, but still running like a hooligan. Everything or being in this world has flaws and she has too but nothing like her. I have been on touring trips and ride her day to day and in bumper to bumper, but never had any reliability issues.

A bit hard seats for both rider and pillion but a great tourer though. Its engine gets over-heated in bumper to bumper traffic resulting in a tandoor but has great power and torque figures. It handles beautifully wherever you throw her due to its great ergonomics. Always had great potential to have mods installed on her so I have tried few bits now and then. It has always returned an average of 30 kmpl consistent. Had issues with her mechanically regularly but there was an excellent service support always and anytime.

I desperately want to upgrade but dont want to leave her, so kind of stuck in a dilemma, but one thing I am sure about though once you buy a KTM its very much difficult to switch to any other brand and personally I am not switching at all.
