Hi, last month my cousin had bought KTM Duke 250 and it costed him 1 lakh 85 thousand. We gone to rishikesh for a road trip and while driving it I observed some pros and cons in this bike which I wanted to tell you.
The only good thing about the bike is that the bike looks really cool and it has a strong 250 cc engine.
When I drove it I found that:
The bike has very low average b/w 25 to 30Km/L. In highway also it gave us 30Km/L average which is too low for a bike.
The bike can reach upto 150km/hr which I personally feel is very risky.
The grip of tires in high speed is not so good as on trip I have observed that it skids a lot of time when I applied brakes.
The seat for the one who seats behind is not good as you can’t sit behind in a long journey because of this we had to change our seats frequently in the trip.
So at last I don’t like this bike that much so I cannot recommend it to others.
