If you want a sports bike I will strongly recommend KTM RC 390, KTM is a brand with an illustrious history in the bike world. RC is the best bike for youth with short gearing and fast revving motor, it gives just fun more than other bikes. KTM RC 390 is an eye catcher.
The bike has done a good job in the handling department. he exhaust shown in the picture is very much road legal. The moto gp bike which you are talking about has an akropovic exhaust with black and white colour combination and comes with racing tires, race clip-ons and a different ECU. The pic is most probably the finished product due to its under-belly exhaust like its naked counterpart with higher handlebars and a road tires.
