KTM is renowned for making fast and light motorcycles. KTM RC 390 is superb beginner sports bike. With its trellis frame, shorter wheel base, metzeler tyres and powerful engine, it will make u happy the moment u get onto it. It is powered by 373 cc liquid cooled high compression engine which has smashing mid range. The moment you open the throttle, u are there for a delight.
The real place where this bike turns out great is on twisty bits. It is clinically precise and agile. It inspires a lot of confidence and begs u to go faster.
Now for the cons, it is not a practical day to day use machine. It is way too aggressive for riding in city conditions. The engine gets real hot when riding in traffic. It has front biased position, which leads to pain in wrists and back.
To conclude, KTM RC390 is a purpose built sports bike and it is going to be damn good in doing what it is made to do. It is not for city riding and touring.
