I shifted my goods from Mumbai to Goa. The guys who came to pack were humble and professional and the supervisor managed well. I had lot of go goods yet they managed to pack and load within 2 hours. The goods took an extra day then as promised to reach the destination but they were safe and unloading was smooth as well. Overall a good experience and yes the total cost was lower than quoted by many others. The customer service was superb.
