I appointed Kuber to movesome small items from Kolkata to Bangalore. They said it will approximately take one week(Trap no 1). When their packers arrived, they packed the stuff very badly and ensure the number of boxes were more than needed. What could have been packed in 2 boxes now became 4 boxes. They did this because they were charging me by the box(Trap no 2). When I later checked their prices were way above the regular market rates. Post this they vanished into thin air. No one was lifting my phone and if anyone did, they either had no information or were abusive.
Finally after 50 to 60 calls and follow ups I managed to catch someone in their Bangalore office(this after a months of pickup) and finally my good arrived(some in damaged condition) after 5 weeks of pick up through Gati KWE
They are a bunch of middle men masquerading as Logistics company.
