I just went to kufri in January and I had stayed in shimla so we went to kufri to see what’s there as it is not much far away from shimla. The thing is there is nothing to see in kufri and there is only a barren land where you see yaks and you can only click pictures with them and for going up people working there offers you khachar and they don’t even care about them and they ask for slot of money so instead of going on khachar I will recommend you to go up by walking and beware as the khachar may come on you to as they are not in the control of their owners. So instead of going to kufri I will recommend you to go to narkanda which is near kufri and you can enjoy adventurous sports there
