Honda service is the horrible service I have ever seen in my life, I booked my activa for 3rd free service at kun honda (ashoknagar, chennai) . I called them on Thursday and they gave me appointment on Tuesday morning 7 am, by the time i reached there they said their quota for the day is full they cannot take any more bike/scooter for service. I told them that i got an appointment but they said they are not cared about appointment, they are more concern with only first come first serve (then why the hell they say call us and get appointment before you leave your bike).
I already missed my 1st free service by such kind of junk system and after a long quarrel with those security and supervisor guys i was able to give my 2nd free service. This time(3rd free service) i was so frustrated i couldn’t fight with those people. I heard from my other friends that even they feel the same frustration from other Honda service centers in Chennai. One of the big mistake i ever did in my life is i bought this honda activa. They are thinking themselves they are the pro/god in this field but the fact is they do not know how to handle customer especially after the sales.
I will never ever recommend any honda bike/ scooter to anyone.
