Kundavi Nachiyar is a government college and it came under the control and administration of government bodies. It’s an arts and science college for womens. They provide 13 undergraduate courses and 12 postgraduate courses. It was an autonomous college and affiliated to Bharathidasan University. It was under the direct control of the government. They have many types of extra curricular activities like NCC, NSS, sports a d others. It was one of the oldest college in Thanjavur which produces many students yet they have veey maintained alumni network.
