Hi friends, I bought Kutchina straight line chimney two years back from the store.
The performance is not good as I expected. The quality of the product is not good. The design is good and stylish. It didn’t clear all the unwanted oil from my kitchen. The oil sticks in wall. To clean chimney also difficult and it takes time. Sometimes its not working and sound came. Then I called customer care and they came after five days. They repaired and their charging high amount for spare parts and service charge . After that also it is not working properly. It is not up to money. For this price, we can go for other brbought chimneys available now.
