Worst After Sales Service

I had bought a Kutchina chimney, Model Florentine in 23Jan 2015 in Bangalore. Within a year ie, Jan 2016  the chimney became dead which is highly surprising as even a local made chimney wont stop servicing in 1 yr. None the less we contacted the local distributor for its servicing.


The technician attached to the distributor gave us around Rs 5000 all inclusive as servicing charge. We found this as fishy. Hence we contacted Kutchina Customer care for servicing in the first week of Feb 2016. A technician was allocated who came and repaired the chimney.but as he didn’t had bulb for the chimney he told he would come and get that replaced within 2 days.We had to shell Rs 2500 inclusive the price of Bulb. 2 days became almost 2 months. Even after repetitive followups and assurity by him to visit us every weekend .We Never heard any thing. Hence distressed we contacted Kutchina care, they assured they will allocate new technician. That happned after 7 days and that too the same Technician assuring that we will receive visit on 25.03.2016. We never heard from him till date . Hence distressed we again contacted Kutchina care around 3 times. Every time a new person receives call and assures  I will get call within 30 mins and receive resolution.But that never happens.They will not allow us to speak to their senior also. I feel like I am stuck after paying money.Very disgusting after sales service. Their only motto is to sell and after you get the thing you are left to Fend for your issues. I will not recommend anybody to buy from this company. if they buy it is on their own risk.
