I brought a kutchina ARC chimney about two years ago.I heard that it is good .But kutchina company provide no service at the first year while three service was free.
Though it is a auto-clean chimney but it require manual service which we cannot do ourselves.So I am very much unhappy after buying this product.Because it is not enough to buy a good product it is also need to maintain properly for its better work and longevity. Now my product is not in working condition .
So whenever you buy a chimney be careful about the dealer from whom you purchase because they provide the free services.Thank you .
