This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. A service request was placed on 9th June for chimney servicing under the AMC plan. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have only received repeated excuses and no technician has visited to date.
This kind of delay and lack of responsiveness reflects very poorly on your service standards. I have lost confidence in your ability to fulfill the AMC terms and no longer wish to continue with your services.
I therefore request an immediate refund of the AMC amount, as I will now be getting the servicing done locally.
Please confirm the process and timeline for the refund at the earliest. Failure to respond or take action promptly will leave me with no option but to escalate the matter further.
