I know many people who had bought Kutchina Chimney. The built quality and product is good but the problem starts after we purchase the product.
There are problems with timely servicing, even after taking money from maintenance they don’t come on time. the charge for spare parts are very expensive. The customer support is very poor. Even after repeated complaints they don’t resolve the issue. The technicians are not well trained and their behaviour and after sales service is very poor. I don’t recommend anyone to buy this product.
