I wanted to purchase a electric chimney after a long research. I purchased this kuychina chimney. I purchased this product from a retail store. The product is delivered on the same day of my purchase which is good. The chimney works good for 1 month but after I encounter some problem in it. I contacted manufacturer service centre and raise a complain about the product.
The technician told me that we have to replace one part of the product which cost me around 300rs. I will not recommended this product to anyone because of pathetic service provided by the manufacturer
