Well, I have been using this chimney for around 10 months. Till date I haven’t experienced any problem. I have called for the first free service in the month of April and they came after 48 hours. I think somebody from the shop came for that and they said that after the free services are over I need to go for an AMC, else I have to pay for the paid services.
I know that this product is of good quality but these days all the beanded companies have their own service teams, they why does these local dealers send their own employees and why isn’t the AMC done by kutchina? I guess these dealers have such offers for AMCs.
Kutchina probably has a lifetime warranty.
