Today I am writing about kutchina Flora Chimney for kitchen.
friends it is a automatic cleaning chimney but it is very useless. it is not able to clear oil smoke or hot air. oil get speed on allover the wall.
If we say what User experience, it is very easy to use and operate but when you come to clean it you need a serviceman to clean it and repair.
It is made by flat Steel Steel and plastic which is not durable. Material used are of low quality and standard, it is very low quality Chimney with very poor performance. it is not easy to move or handle every time you need a service provider.
If we talk about the style and design it is really good shining and good looking but everything is waste if there is low performance
Customer and support service is worst even I have seen if you call them today for any problem did take 2 to 4 days to reach your home we are not able to solve problem efficiently and always ask for the charge on every visit overall very bad customer support
