I can’t say anything about other brands. I am sharing my experience with kutchina Chimney which i am using from October 2020.
First of all the free service which they provide is from outside only. They don’t do deel cleaning in free service. Recently i called them for service and they said it will be chargeable as warranty is over and cost for per service is 1500 for "Vega" model. That’s fine because when service engineer opened my Chimney i told them in free service it was not done same way as they were doing in paid service. They clearly said in free service we do only basic cleaning. Second during service they broke LED light, when I asked him to change it he asked 800 rupees for it. There is a big wheel inside which need to be cleaned properly, when I asked them it is still not cleaned properly they said it will start creating sound if cleaned more. Third my Chimney started sounding like old type generator, i made two videos of it and shared with engineer and he is not able to solve the problem because he doesn’t know the actual problem of this sound so how he will solve. I am waiting as he said he will come again on Monday 3rd April 2023. BIG NO FOR KUTCHINA. They don’t offer regular contact for servicing and paying 1500 rupees every time it means you are gone.
