I bought kutchina chimney from great eastern, Kolkata in Jan 2013, The chimney in just two years time gave up. I don’t understand how cheap quality they provide.
So after two years the motor got damaged, since the motor is covered under life time warranty So after fighting for ten fifteen days they looked into my matter and I took it to the service center for getting it repaired.
I have to take it to the service center myself since my chimney was not attend ed by the mechanic after lying so long and my kitchen was getting all the oil stains. So after repair the chimney broke up after working for a month. So you can see the standard of there work.
The quality of spare parts they use to repair, now they are demanding 250 rs as service charge for the chimney. So I replied to him I will myself take it to service center so that I can save my service charge which requires just openings of four screws and ten minutes of time. It’s a money making business . They are insisting me on taking AMC, if the quality of there mechanic is such how can take So I need to pay only, they want me to stay there son in law and keep on paying is it possible??
