AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ok maybe its a little bit better then PIA, but still of you can avoid it, please do. I went from JFK to Islamabad and it was the most exhausting and annoying experience of my life. Don’t get me wrong. I’ve probably made the same route at least 10 times or more but this time was just horrible. First off, the fight was so long!
I wasn’t aware nor informed that the plane would be stopping at Heathrow airport as well so that was a surprise and an annoying one at that (it wasn’t even written on my boarding pass!) I’m one of those people who would rather just sit through a long flight and not make additional stops and wait at an airport for hours. I’d rather just get to my destination! Anyways we were at Heathrow for about 5 hours and then at the actual airport in Kuwait for another 5 hours.
Besides that, the food was horrible and I was stuck for hours without a blanket because every fight attendant I would ask would tell me that they were on it and then never return. The aircraft itself was VERY outdated, I felt like I was stuck in a nightmare from the 90’s!
Believe me, it was SUPER annoying! Unless you want a horrible experience, I suggest choosing another airline.
