I, along with my family, travelled with Kuwait Air on our way to the States from India. The service was exccellent. The airplanes are technologically fit. This is because it was 4 years back when they had computer games on every seat of the flight which means they are 4 years ahead of time. Their food is excellent and liked by many Punjabis like me. It is also acceptable to Muslims all over the world who want ’Halal’ food. During my whole trip, we did not experience any trouble or delay. I can see some Indians having problems with their food, however.
