I flew on Kuwait Airways because I didnt have any other airlines available for the dates. So I paid top dollar for my flight out of New York. They treated me very poorly and lost both my luggage. After two weeks, they found one and reimbursed me $40 "for my inconvenience".
They have yet to locate the other bag and they have shown nothing but extremely poor customer service. Its been three months now and their lack of concern and and lack of professionalism is evident of how bad an airline company they really are. Their main customer support guy asked me to resubmit the paperwork after a month (its a good thing that I kept a copy of all my papers). Anyway, when I tried to follow up, he told me that there is nothing more he can do but wait. When I told him that I was done waiting (after three months) and needed to talk to someone higher up (e.g. his supervisor), he said that he cannot give me that information. What nonsense....!!!..... so I tried to go on their main website to locate a contact person and all I got was an email address. I gave that a shot too and nobody has replied to that yet.
These are signs of extreme unprofessional ism which in my books makes them the worst airline ever. I have travelled on over ten different international airlines and this is not the first time an airline has misplaced my luggage, but this is the first time, I felt like telling everyone to avoid flying on a particular airline. I have a lot of patience and it takes a lot to make me this bitter about something....... i hope they get what they deserve.....!!!!
