Though Kwality has a lot of name in market, but personally I don’t like it. The main reasons are, according to my experience:
It is highly over-priced. Merely a scoop or two would cost you more than 100 bucks.
The New panvel branch’s staff as well as owner are rude and their behaviour is not upto the mark.
There is very less or rather no seating space. You have to sit outside the shop in order to eat ice cream.
Presentation of ice cream is above than average but taste-wise, they really suck. They just combine a few flavours, place it it a cup and handover it to you.
This parlour is located at a very convenient location.
In total I don’t think its a value for money, rather you can buy normal brick of ice cream at very low cost compared to what you can buy at Swirls and more people at family can enjoy.
