Had booked IPL tickets for the Pune Warriors v/s Chennai super king to be played on 27-Apr-11. I booked my tickets on kyazoonga.com on 17th Apr 11 and got a confirmation number.
When I did not receive my tickets by 22nd Apr. 11, as pointed out in their website, I wrote to customtakeouterservice@kyazoonga.com.
When I did not receive any response till 23rd., I filled up their feedback form on the website and complained. No response.
Trying to contact their call center no 44881000 is futile as it is always busy. Besides they only respond on weekdays and that too between 10 & 6!
Finally got thru the call center no on 25th and was promised delivery by day end today. Was also given a contact no to be called in case of non delivery.
When the tickets didn’t arrive, called the mobile number. He gave me a DTDC landline number. The lady at the other end game me four more numbers to contact. All of these numbers don’t respond. Finally got in touch with some VAS guy who has promised action.
As of writing this review, I have still not received my tickets.
Don’t book tickets on kyazoonga.com. They don’t have any customtakeouter service systems in place. I have paid heavily to learn from experience. Writing this review to ensure that you don’t have to.
