I had booked World Cup tickets through this website for India V/s bangladesh match at Dhaka. The bookings were done three months in advance. It was told that the tickets shall reach the doorstep a few days before the match. My tickets did not reach till 15th of Feb, just 4 days before the match.
When I tried their no., there was no response. When I sent the email threatening to go to consumer court, they responded next day and asked for apology. They asked me if I had someone in Dhaka who can collect the tickets from venue. When I gave the details of the person, they told me to send that person on 17th to collect the tickets at the venue. My man approached them but the contact person , a lady in charge was not available due to the opening ceremony preparations.
When he approached the next day. The lady in charge refused to give him the tickets citing that the tickets were booked for home delivery and she has no information of any sort on the issue. I had to cancel the programme. On 19th morning, i.e. the day of the match, I get an email telling that the details have been forwarded to the concerned person!! Now tell me how can a person collect the tickets on the day of the match andf that too when the same has been refused the previous day???
