Hello. I have brought this product from local store few months ago. It was working fine for at the beginning but from the last few weeks it is showing many problems. There are problems like the machine gets hot. Also the colours doesn’t print properly while printing. Specially the blue, red and green colour. I have tried changing the colours but no results. Also while doing xerox the black colour prints more which makes the printing very bad. The word cannot be identified properly. The printing capacity of this is also very bad. Also tge printing speed is reduced drastically as it was before.
The plastic quality used is also very cheap. I am totally not satisfied with this product.
Talking about the value for money of the product I would say it it definitely not worth buying. I wouldn’t recommend this printer to anyone.
The service and support of kyocera is very bad. I have tried calling and also mailed them many times but got no reply from them. They show not interested in solving your problem. Also their is no service centre of Kyocera in my area, which makes it more worse.
