This is Govinds’s And David’s 14th film and I must confess that they have not finished yet and must continue for long as they could.
This film is basically inspired by Jim Carrey’s Liar Liar. This is one of the funniest flicks to have hit the screens in quite some time.
The story goes like this : Raj Malhotra(Govinda) is a lawyer who comes to Mumbai following his dreams.Since he wants elevator to fame he marries Sonal(Sushmita Sen) daughter of a rich lawyer Anupam Kher.Raj wants to succeed in his life so starts telling lies and false cases.His wife doesnt like this and even wishes for divorce.One day his son wishes upon a shooting star that his dad speaks the truth and nothing but the truth.
Here is where David is at his best.He is known to create best scenes from worst story but if the story is good David and Govinda just click and this is what has happening from past.
About star cast Govinda is at his best.This is his best performance for quite some time.Rambha who plays Govindas lady love is also good.But the surprise factor of the film is Sushmita Sen.She has done howlarious comedy with ease and matches Govinda scene for scene and performance for performance.
The music which sounds pedestrian at first listening comes together on the scree.
