Recently, KYUN KI SAAS BHI KABHIE BAHU THI completed its 1001 episodes, but the question here is does it has the real substance or not?Of course it doesnt.If u ask me ’’kyun ki saas bhi kabhie bahu thi’’ is BODY minus SOUL..I know that after reading my review, many Young girls and Women may give a contract to the local BHAIS to knock my off but please dont do that.
STORY
Is there any story?yes after searching for about 2 hours I found it.The story is about a RICH FAMILY who always gets together when they have Probelms, but the story Revolves around TULSI and her SONS are spread in whole world like ORANGE CELLUAR NETWORK(I know that I m sounding a little bad or vulgar, par kya karta BOSS, public ki DEMAND thi).She(tulsi)has a mother-in-law SAVITA who is always against her.And her husband MIHIR sometimes supports her and sometimes doesnt.She has four sons ANSH, GAUTAM, HARSH AND KARAN(when I new will be added I cant tell).In the first year the scripting was good and the scenes but due to adding new CHARACTERS and Fast-forwarding the story, the story lost its grips and now after 1001 episodes the serial has turned into MESS no sorry MAX-MESS.
PERFORMANCES
TULSI emotes with complete maturity and delivers a knockout performance. SAVITA is BRILLIANT, her scenes especially with TULSI are the best scenes of the serial, It is very difficult to judge MIHIR’s performance because the actor(who plays)changes every year.ANSH is very good, GAUTAM is lovable, GANGA and DAMINI are OK.But other actors dont get proper scope to act.
PLUS POINTS
There are hardly any:
1.Some EMOTIONAL scenes are very good and leave impact on everybody’s heart(but they are rear MY DEAR FRIEND!!!!!)
MINUS POINTS
1.The story is Fast-forwarded so much that the story loses its grips.
2.There is no proper scope to all characters and characters like JADI and ANUPAM who are main characters have been removed from the story.
3.The screenplay is too weak.
ON THE WHOLE
On the whole, there is no denying that KYUN KI SAAS BHI KABHIE BAHU THI is one of the most popular serials but the story is stressed so much that it loses the CHARM.I know that if I write 1000 reviews by not recommending it, but then also MILLIONS will watch it everyday.In this 21st century where everything is so realistic, this serial creates a unrealistic world.Overall, it is not for people who have some scene and a mind to think.
