Dear Editior,
Is this serial - Kyonki - a reflection of the tragedy of our Indian - Gujarati Culture. Is this what they - the Producers imbibe to the young people of India?
Grandfathers having affairs and getting away with it? Aunts confusing the situation and getting away with it? Popular Lawyer openly stating her intentions - affairs - and getting away with it, even MURDER. Is this how our LAW works? Dont the Producers have any COMMON SENSE. DO they think that we, the Indian People are FOOLISH like them. Yes, they must be thinking that if we do not like it, then put the television off, or watch a different program. initially the serial started with good themes, values, morals and family life. I was happy to show the children how the Indian family is born, how it grows and how it spreads the culture of truth and love all around its members. Now the situation being shown is competely of a different PICTURE itself, as though we are trying to COPY an AMERICAN or EUROPEAN family values. How FUNNY! Please, for our INDIANESS, please get back this serial on the right track. JJ.
