I had opted for their Motor Vehicle policy in May 2015.I Never gave a 2nd thought about their service standards or their credibility at the time on elrolement.
I wanted to renew the policy in 2016, but to my surprise no one from their company contacted me for renewal. Neither they did send me any quote by mail nor physically, this is when other companies were luring me with different schemes to close the same.
I wanted to be fair with them so contacted their customer care twice, but to my surprise both the times they couldnt help me and the concerned team for renewal was not responding. Getting frustrated I sent a mail to their help desk, only to be told that it will take 5 days to get the renewal quote.
All these sequence of events have made me very perplexed as in these times of high competition how can a company have sooo casual attitude toward business? Do they actually care?
I don’t think I will ever opt any policy from them in future. If this is their attitude now, we can very well imagine what it could be for other services.
